ASTRI

I grew up in Bali, with cultural and Balinese ritual background also a deep passion and curiosity for understanding the body through various forms of movement.
My curiosity led me to explore many different practices, and my background in Balinese dance opened the door for me to dive deeper into yoga. Yoga has given me a profound sense of self-connection and serves as a
grounding as well coming home to my body practice. Through yoga, I discovered many different practices such as acroyoga and
partner acrobatics, which introduced me to new ways of connecting, building community, and having fun. Thai massage beautifully ties all these practices together, offering a holistic
approach to movement and healing. I love sharing what I do and continue to learn from each person I meet along the way, keeping curiosity at the heart of
my journey.

SALLY

Hello, I’m Sally! Originally from the United Kingdom, but I’ve been living here in Bali for the past year.
I started my journey with yoga in London, 8 years ago. Moving to a new city without knowing anyone made me feel very anxious. I soon found yoga, and
with that I found a way to manage my anxiety and emotions.  Yoga has helped me through some emotionally challenging times in my life;
and it is also brought me so much joy and inspiration. I love the way yoga challenges me to focus, be consistent and the freedom to play. After developing my practice in London and being inspired by my teachers; I chose Bali as the destination for my 200HR YTT. Since then, I’ve worked with a
mentor, progressed my practice and have begun my teaching journey here on the island.
